30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed by us.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
